A specialist in leadership communication, Josette is a highly experienced print and broadcast journalist, radio, television and corporate presenter, and former Head of News for Garrison FM.

With a passion for great communication and the science behind it, Josette specialises in the psychology and influence of verbal and non-verbal communication. Her qualifications, unique skillset, and proven track record give Josette a professional edge, allowing her to help clients worldwide increase their personal impact and effectiveness in all areas of media, presentation and leadership communication.

Josette is co-author of the successful book “How to Give the Ultimate Sales Presentation”.

A specialist in sales, marketing and management, Peter has worked internationally for over 40 years, coaching people in sales-related roles, and delivering public presentations on a range of sales, marketing and management issues.

Peter has developed a series of sales courses and workshops covering sales skills, across multiple sectors. These workshops include the use of psychometrics in selling to facilitate better understanding of clients and their needs.

He is the author of an unique online assessment tool STAR, which assesses the coaching and training needs of sales staff. He is also co-author of the successful book “How to Give the Ultimate Sales Presentation”.

A specialist in Business Communication, PR & Marketing, Edwina has over 30 years of cross-sector industry coaching, training, and facilitation experience.

She has a proven track record in strategy and implementation, marketing, customer service and communication skills.  She has designed and delivered a wide range of training and mentoring programmes encompassing soft skills, trainer the trainer, management techniques, and Business English for non-native speakers.

Edwina is on the Board of Trustees for Home-Start East Surrey, a charity which provides friendship and emotional and practical help to parents with a child under 5 years.

A specialist in digital communication, Susi is a highly experienced communications expert, with over 27 years’ experience, and a former BBC TV and radio journalist and news producer

A Digital First Media Professional, Susi’s passion is for combining global reach with local relevance, prompting perception and behaviour change in formerly resistant audiences.  She employs cutting edge techniques to influence the marketplace through social media channels, generating rich and innovative media content.

Susi delivered ground breaking strategic marketing and PR for the British Government and HM Armed Forces, and was a media advisor and projects coordinator for the British Army.

Graeme Main MBE

A multi-award winning and international videographer and photographer, Graeme Main has more than 25 years of professional experience behind the lens working in news, current affairs and documentaries.

His impressive client list boasts an eclectic mix of national newspapers and magazines that publish his images and video content. Graeme is best known for his work with Soldier Magazine, the official magazine of the British Army. This varied job role has seen him win numerous plaudits for promoting the Armed Forces and his work is regularly used in the news, PR campaigns and advertising.

When not on assignment, Graeme uses his expertise to facilitate media training.

Jill Downing

A specialist in high impact drama-based training, Jill has worked as a learning and development consultant for over 20 years.

Following a business career in international advertising, Jill trained as a theatre director and actor, and uses her unique skillset to help clients develop their presentation skills, with emphasis on stage presence and confident delivery.

She is highly experienced in coaching, workshop design and delivery, training needs analysis, and project management with a proven track record of helping businesses and individuals worldwide to develop leadership, management and communication skills.
